   "Mobvaro-M" SRL offers its customers advantageous terms of delivery of purchased products. The furniture will be delivered in the original package, sealed by the manufacturer, and the integrity of the boxes will be assured throughout the transport.

   Product delivery is daily from 09:00 to 18:00.

1. Delivery within the radius of Chisinau is carried out to the entrance of a residential building;
2. If the cost of delivery is 150 lei;
3. Delivery of goods in the suburbs. Chisinau is 300 lei;
4. Out of town. Chisinau, the delivery is charged 7 lei per turn round trip.

   Note: Under exceptional circumstances, "Mobvaro-M" SRL reserves the right to change the delivery term by announcing in advance the buyer.

   To your attention, the products purchased are in disassembled form! However, if you need to assemble, we are proposing the team of fitters in cooperation with "Mobvaro-M" SRL, which guarantees the assembling of the furniture quickly and qualitatively at an affordable price on any day of the week.

   We would like to draw your attention to the fact that installation of the furniture is for a fee and is done by the fitters team! Payment for assembling is done on site of the installer. To find the price and assembly time, please contact the company operator at no. tel: (022) 023 006.

Risks and Responsibilitise

The seller is responsible for the proper packaging of the products. The technical documentation for the products is displayed on the site.
The risk of acquiring the products is transferred to the buyer at the time the asset is handed over.
The seller assumes responsibility for delivering products ordered by the buyer.

Acceptance of pruducts

The buyer has the right not to accept the delivered units if they do not comply with the technical details specified in the order. In this case, the Seller assumes responsibility for bringing the products into compliance.
Also, the consumer (the natural person) has the right to return the products within 14 days of their purchase. Please access the general return conditions.

Transfer of ownership

In the case of payment by OP or card, the buyer will  become the property of products after payment confirmation.
In the case of delivery of units by courier, with repayment, the buyer will be in possession of the products and will have the right to open the packages after signing the transport document and making the payment.

   Attention!!! In the case of the return of the furniture fitted or with signs of wear, scratches, blows, mechanical shocks or, may be, electrical, missing accessories, missing guarantee certificates, Mobvaro-M SRL reserves the right to decide on the acceptance of the return.
